1. Scope of Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of rental services provided by Korea Motorcycle Rental ("Company"). By using our services or signing the rental agreement, customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms.

2. Rental Period
- The maximum rental period for online bookings is 7 days.
- For rentals longer than 7 days, please contact us in advance via live chat or email.

3. Reservations and Payment
- Reservations are confirmed through our online booking system or by direct inquiry.
- A 10% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of pickup.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, PayPal, or cash.
- In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued after deducting PayPal transaction fees. The PayPal fee is non-refundable according to PayPal’s policy.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If you cancel at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup date, the 10% deposit will be fully refunded.
- If you cancel within 2 days of the pickup date or on the same day, the deposit will not be refunded.

5. Required Documents & Eligibility
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- A valid motorcycle license is required.

For international customers:
- A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) with an A stamp, and a passport are required.

6. Use of Vehicle
- The motorcycle may only be operated by the registered renter.
- Subleasing or sharing the vehicle with others is strictly prohibited.
- The motorcycle must not be used for racing, delivery, illegal activities, or off-road riding.
- Driving on unpaved roads, beaches, or other non-designated areas is not covered by insurance and any resulting damage will be charged to the renter.

7. Insurance Coverage
- All rentals include third-party liability insurance.
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is optional and includes deductible conditions.

8. Fuel Policy
- All motorcycles are provided with a full tank of fuel.
- Customers must return the motorcycle with a full tank.
- Any missing fuel will incur an additional charge.

9. Early Return, Rental Extension & Return Timing
- Motorcycle pickup and return must be completed during the rental shop's business hours.
- No refunds will be issued for early returns.

- If the motorcycle is returned after business hours, the renter remains responsible for the vehicle until it is successfully checked in by staff even if the check-in is completed on the next business day.

- If you wish to extend your rental during the rental period, you must contact the company in advance. Extension is only possible after agreement has been made.
- Unauthorized extensions or late returns without prior approval may be reported to the local police station.

10. GPS and Monitoring
- All motorcycles are equipped with GPS tracking systems.
- GPS data is used only for vehicle security and legal compliance purposes.

11. Traffic Violations and Responsibility
- The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
- The renter must pay all related costs.

12. Mechanical Issues and Replacement
- In the event of a mechanical issue not caused by misuse, a replacement motorcycle of the same or higher class will be provided at no extra charge.
- If the reserved motorcycle becomes unavailable due to internal circumstances such as damage or mechanical issues before the rental start date, the company may replace it with a motorcycle of the same or equivalent class.

13. Luggage Storage
- Free luggage storage is available during the rental period.
- The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of stored items.

14. Tandem Riding
- Riding with a passenger is allowed at no additional cost.
- The passenger must wear a helmet at all times.

15. Emergency Rescue Support
- 24/7 roadside assistance is available.
- Arrival time may vary depending on time of day and location.

16. Agreement Confirmation
By signing the in-store rental agreement, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms listed here, along with any additional conditions stated in the physical contract.
