RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Scope of Agreement
These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms") regulate the conditions for the use of the rental services provided by [Korea Motorcycle Rental] (hereinafter "Company"). By using the services, the customer is considered to have agreed to these Terms. - Rental Period
The maximum rental period is 7 days. If you wish to rent for more than 7 days, please contact us via live chat.
The rental period starts on the day the customer receives the product and ends on the return date. - Reservations and Payment
All reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and must be paid in full upon confirmation.
Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or any other payment method accepted by the company. - Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation at least 3 days before the pickup date 100% refund available
- Cancellation within 3 days of the pickup date A 100% cancellation fee will apply, and no refund will be issued - Motorcycle Driving Conditions
Drivers must possess a valid driver's license (Please refer to the driver eligibility page)
Drivers must be at least 21 years old.
Rental vehicles are insured and subject to insurance terms (Please refer to the insurance and compensation page) - Luggage Storage Service
We offer personal luggage storage services. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to stored items,
and the responsibility lies with the customer. - Fuel
Fuel costs are the customer's responsibility. The vehicle will be provided with a full tank at the start of the rental
and must be returned with a full tank. Any missing fuel upon return will be charged. - Replacement Service in Case of Mechanical Failure
In the event of a mechanical issue, we will replace the vehicle with the same model or a higher model at no additional cost. - Tandem Riding
Tandem riding is available at no extra cost. However, the passenger must wear a helmet at all times. - Restricted Driving Areas
Driving in areas not marked on maps, such as unpaved roads, beaches, gravel paths, etc., is not covered by insurance,
and costs incurred due to damage will be charged. - Emergency Rescue Service
Available 24 hours a day; however, there may be delays in arrival during late-night hours.
