KMR’s base rate includes basic insurance for all vehicles.

Repair Cost Compensation for Accidents
Covers repair costs exceeding the deductible
Theft Compensation
Covers up to 60% of the vehicle's market value in case of theft.
KMR offers CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) insurance as an optional add-on for an additional fee. This insurance provides the following benefits:
Repair Cost Coverage: If damage occurs or an accident happens due to the customer’s negligence, repair costs exceeding the deductible will be covered.
Theft Coverage: If the rented motorcycle is stolen, we will compensate up to 60% of the vehicle’s market value.
Please note: The deductible is the amount the customer is responsible for paying out of pocket.

Emergency Roadside Assistance
We provide road service to all vehicles. If you need road service, please contact the number in your rental agreement and follow the instructions of your support staff. You will be charged differently for each distance.
Compensation for Downtime, Repair Costs
Repair Cost Calculation Criteria
In the event of vehicle damage due to an accident, repair costs are calculated based on the following criteria:
- Parts Cost: The parts cost is calculated based on the consumer prices provided by the official importer.
- Labor Cost: Labor costs are charged at $50 per hour, depending on the time required for repairs.
Compensation for Downtime (CDW)
Compensation for downtime refers to the cost incurred for lost rental income during the period the vehicle is under repair. Even if you are enrolled in KMR’s CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) coverage, downtime compensation for lost rental income during the repair period may still be charged, and we kindly ask for your understanding regarding this.
- Downtime Compensation: 60% of the daily rental rate is charged for each day the vehicle is unavailable due to repairs.
