① Check Rental License Requirements

- International Driving Permit (IDP)
The IDP must be issued by a country that is a member of the Geneva or Vienna Convention. For more details, please check here.
It must be issued within 1 year from the date of issuance.
It must be in paper form; plastic cards are not accepted.
It must be obtained from a consulate or embassy.
EU driver’s licenses and international driver’s certificates are not valid in Korea.
An English translation of a local driver’s license cannot replace the IDP.
Age Limit
- The minimum age for renting is 21 years old.

Sign Up: You can sign up on our website through a simple process. Members receive various benefits.
Guest Booking: Booking is also available without signing up. You can proceed with the reservation by providing some basic information.

- Check-In at the Store: Visit the store to pick up your reserved motorcycle. Check Store Location
- Submit Documents: Provide your International Driving Permit and passport to the staff.
② Enjoy
- Ride and Enjoy: Hit the road and enjoy your trip!
- Insurance : Basic insurance is included with your rental motorcycle, and additional insurance options are available.

■ STEP 4 : Return and Completion
A full tank of fuel
Return at the Store
- Refuel the Bike: Make sure to fill up the gas tank before returning. A refueling fee will be charged if returned empty.
- Return at the Store: Bring the motorcycle back to the store to complete the return process.
■ Procedures for Handling Breakdowns, Falls, and Accidents
Breakdown Procedures
1. Pull Over to a Safe Area
If your vehicle experiences a breakdown, please move to a safe location on the side of the road as quickly as possible.
2. Resolve the Issue Through the Company
Once you are in touch with KMR, we will provide the necessary support to resolve the issue.
Single-Vehicle Accident
1. Please get in touch with us and follow the guidance provided by our staff.
In case of serious injuries, call 119 for emergency assistance.
Accidents Involving Other Parties
1. In Case of Serious Injuries
Immediately call 119 for emergency assistance.
2. Report to the Police
Call the police at 112, and provide our contact information when they arrive. Not reporting the accident may lead to hit-and-run charges.
3. Contact Us
Contact us for help after the accident. If the vehicle is undriveable, we'll replace it with a motorcycle of the same class.
